Located in the residential enclave of West Newton, this project represents a masterclass in contemporary spatial efficiency and high-gloss European design. The renovation focused on maximizing utility within a compact footprint without sacrificing luxury, resulting in a sleek, ultra-modern residence that prioritizes clean lines and smart living solutions.

The interior is defined by its striking kitchen, featuring high-gloss flat-panel cabinetry in a deep cobalt hue paired with dramatic, bold-veined quartz surfaces that extend into a full-height backsplash. We engineered custom utility features seamlessly into the architecture, including hidden ladder storage and a fold-down work surface, ensuring the space remains uncluttered and functionally versatile for modern daily life.

The design language shifts to playful sophistication in the bathroom, where we installed vibrant blue and yellow geometric tiling offset by crisp white subway walls and polished chrome fixtures. Technical precision is evident in the integration of a discreet laundry center and the careful lighting plan, which includes a statement crystal chandelier, proving that small-scale living can deliver grand-scale impact.
